Poised posture, fluid movement

WELCOME to the Alexander Technique in Houston!

I teach people how to use their bodies more efficiently so that they can do what they do better and more comfortably. The method I teach, the Alexander Technique, helps people unravel tension patterns they’ve had for most of their lives and regain poised posture as well as fluidity and ease of movement.

I received my Alexander Technique certificate through AmSAT. AmSAT is the largest professional association of certified Alexander Technique teachers in the United States. AmSAT-certified teachers have completed 1600 hours of training over a minimum period of three years at an AmSAT-approved training course.
